We're bringing our dog over from the UK. What do we need to do?

Your dog needs a microchip and rabies vaccination, and travelling from the UK normally needs an Animal Health Certificate issued by a vet shortly before travel. Once resident, you'll need local registration. Check the rules for your particular case.

Book the vet well in advance. Slots fill up in summer.
